The author gives the "Russian Journal of Water Transport" the right to publish the article, as well as to include the materials of the article in the electronic library elibrary ("Russian scientific citation index") and other bibliographic databases, including international ones.

The journal editoring publishes in electronic and print versions the authors ' surname, the first name, the patronymic, the position and the place of work, their e-mail addresses, as well as the title, the abstract, keywords, the list of references (all in Russian and English), and the text of the article in Russian or English.

The authors who send an article to this journal agree that the revised article can be edited by the proofreader and the literary editor of the journal in accordance with the requirements of the journal for the published material.

Authors who send an article to this journal agree that the article is published under the Creative Commons international open access license; this means that readers can copy and distribute the material on any medium and in any format, make remixes, modify, and create new ones based on this material for any purpose, including commercial, with the compulsory indication of the authorship. The journal allows the authors to hold the copyright and retain publishing rights without restrictions.
