The role of state and public administration in the processes of interaction of "dry" and sea ports
Abstract
"Dry ports" are widely used in the transport system of the Russian Federation. At the same time, Russian legislation does not define the concept of “dry port administration” as a body that manages it, which negatively affects its interaction with government and commercial structures, the society at its location. The authors, using the tools of comparative analysis, implemented reasonable methodological approaches to the study of internal and external factors of the functional profile and geographic positioning, on the basis of which three options for a hypothetical typology of the authorities of the “dry port” were developed and proposed and the concept was formulated: “administration of the “dry port”.
